oSTEM (out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is a organization at UCSB and a chapter of oSTEM Incorporated, the national non-profit organization. We aim to promote and support LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer) individuals and their allies in their pursuit of STEM fields.
